Where we use third party software we endeavour to make sure they are GDPR compliant.  Data is held in the United Kingdom using a server or paper copies.  Moor Hall does not store data outside of the UK.

We will only hold your information for as long as necessary either for our contractual obligations or in accordance with statutory requirements and legitimate interests.  We review the data we hold annually and shred or delete data that is no longer valid.
